Summer Walk | Me & My Dog

Yesterday morning the sky looked like it would drop a rain or two and we thought we would have to stay at home. But it got better in the afternoon and the sun came out of the clouds. It wasn’t really boiling hot (the days before we could even bathe in the pool), but that was good, because we could go for a walk instead of dying from the heat. So, while my mother was gardening, me and my lil’ sister grabbed a dog leash, a dog collar, a dog and headed to the river.

There’s a path along the river, which leads from the village we have our vacation house in, to the small town, which is two kilometres distant. It’s perfectly suitable for dog walks or fishing – there are a few spots, which are popular with fishermen. This path leads to the large park, which is located in the outskirts of the town. Our journey ends there. I unleash the dog to have a little run and then we go back home.
